The people who fix the potholes and bridges and build the highways to the suburbs that people are somehow &#039;forced&#039; to live in are called the &#039;highway gang&#039;.  The people who haved diverted the highway maintenance money are not called &#039;the transit gang&#039;, because they are good liberals.</description>
