This is the first in what I hope will be a continuing series of photos dedicated to the much underrepresented issue of livestock in places where it simply, by all that we hold to be true and holy, does not belong. We begin with a bunch of cows in the landscaped median of the traffic circle at the end of Lang Ha St., catty-corner to the National Convention Center and the Big C.

Make no mistake: this aggression will not stand.

Haha. I remember when there was nothing but fields on one side of Kim Ma/Ngoc Khanh street, before the UN buildings and Daewoo hotel were built, and we definitely had similar issues of cows roaming around where they did not belong (or perhaps once so peacefully belonged!).

Wow! I can’t imagine the Daewoo as anything but the Daewoo. Wish I could!
